1. Check the ground: The foundation must have a slope of 2-3% to prevent water from accumulating. Make sure the construction site is dry during construction.
Note: cleaning the floor under the project in the future, the locations for flower pots, statues, etc. must have thicker frames and ensure load-bearing capacity.
2. Install the frame: Use a concrete drill to screw the expansion bolt into the concrete floor 40-50mm deep. Then weld the expansion bolt to the frame. The distance between the iron expansion bolts is 500-600mm. And attach it to the frame alternately. Level the frame surface to ensure the frame bars are flat. The length of the frame bars is parallel to the drainage direction.
Note:- The top of the frame is at least 50mm higher than the base.

3. Connecting wooden floor - frame: Place the floor bars perpendicular to the frame, connect the floor bars to each other and to the frame with brackets (plastic brackets or stainless steel brackets) and stainless steel screws.
Note:- The first and last bars of the wooden floor are at least 10mm from the wall, 2 adjacent bars must ensure a distance of 6mm.
- Make sure all the floor's hidden joints are secured with brackets (stainless steel or plastic brackets) and screws at all intersections between the wooden floorboards and the bottom brackets.
- You can use wooden dowels to avoid exposing screws or shoot stainless steel screws through the surface of the floor bar connected to the frame, then cover the screw holes with wooden dowels and outdoor wood glue.
- Corner joints and high load-bearing positions must be reinforced with additional base bones and stainless steel pins.
- All extension points, start and end points between bars must be located on the center of the rib.
- Wipe oil and paint additional areas of floor bars that are scratched due to cutting, sanding, or grinding during construction.
4. Acceptance
Recheck the bolt points, clearance distance, head position… before acceptance and handover.
