3. Go to bone
– Materials to prepare: Stainless steel frame 201,304×1-1.5mm. Wooden frame, galvanized square frame, Wooden frame (20×40. 30×40), concrete expansion screws.
– Mark the bone locations, use a concrete drill to drill and install the expansion bolts in the correct positions corresponding to the bone line. The distance between the stainless steel screw positions + expansion bolts is about 500-600mm/1 piece.
– The distance between 2 layers of bone is 600mm.
– Add padding to concave wall areas, and pre-sand the wall areas that are more convex than the general level.
– Use stainless steel and galvanized square frames for outdoor construction projects.
– For ceiling panels, it is necessary to add a layer of wooden frames under the metal frames to connect the ceiling panels to the wooden frames with F nails.4. Selecting panels
– Check and select panels. Panels with chipped edges during transportation will be prioritized for the narrowest positions. Cut and remove defective wood.
5. Shoot the panel onto the bone
– Materials to prepare: Stainless steel self-drilling screws. F nails, tibon glue, AB glue, Epoxy glue for bonding iron to wood.
– Use a laser level to determine the standard point, standard angle, and standard line to construct the panel accurately, squarely, and aesthetically.

– For outdoor construction items, use tibon glue or epoxy glue to bond iron to wood to connect metal and wood frames, use AB glue to connect wooden frames to panels. Position the panel to the frame with F nails, then add self-drilling stainless steel screws from the main face of the panel to the inner frame with 2 5x10mm pre-drills. Shoot the screws symmetrically about 15-20mm from the edge of the panel, cover the screw holes with wooden dowels + AB glue.6. Shooting moldings and end strips
– Materials to prepare: Molding, stainless steel, aluminum, copper finish strip.
– For the molding part, the bones must still be installed, the connection principle is the same as for the construction of the panels.
– Choose the type of end strip that is suitable for the external conditions and size of the panel construction. Connect to the frame, wall with tibon glue + concrete expansion screws, or self-drilling screws.7. Acceptance and handover
